Friday Freebies

Hubby received a very generous meal out for 2 from work for all of his hard work. We went over the weekend while the kids were both at work. We got a 3 course combo meal. It came with an appetizer, main dish and dessert. I started off with a Caesar salad.  I enjoyed a skirt steak with shrimp scampi and scalloped potatoes on the side. 

Hubby loves their duck fat fries so we had to get them as a side. 

I finished off with a hot fudge brownie sundae. They make their own ice cream and it is yummy. Hubby didn't want dessert so he got a piece of their chocolate cake for me to take home. I shared it with the kids. We ate our leftovers the next day for lunch. 

I went to an origami class at the library.  The teacher brought tons of pieces that he made. Can you tell what this is? 

YD and I went to Petco and did a free evaluation on Oreo and Lip to get 2 bags of free dog food. 

My friend gave me her coupons for free candles with any purchase. They got put away for future gifts. 

Door Dash was giving away 10 thousand  $25 GC to Cheesecake Factory. They were also waving the delivery fee if you won a GC. I won one. They were only good this week so YD and I used it. It did cost me $4 and change for the tip. 

Hubby and my son were working. 

My son hasn't been working closing shifts recently. He did get a few cookies one night at pre-close. 

I was sent 2 coupons for free flour so I used them. Into the pantry. 

I took advantage of a free buttered bagel coupon from our local bagel store. I enjoyed it will I was out running errands. 

YD is the President of the SS Honor Society. They had their induction this week. She was able to bring home some leftover snacks. 

I found lots of change this week. I guess with all of the snow gone I have been going on lots of walks and finding it.
